Evaluation

• • We start with a full evaluation of the dog so we can understand it’s temperament, training level, mindset, personality, and identify its strengths and weakness. It’s very important to us that we get to know your dog so we can invest quality and customized training to best advance your dog.
  • After the first week, you can expect a personal phone call from one of our handlers. This phone call will inform you of your dog’s evaluation and how we will customize our training program to advance your dog and address his/her needs.

Environmental Soundness Exposure

• • Based on your dog’s evaluation, it’s important that your dog reacts positively and is comfortable in wide variety of environmental situations. We will want to make sure your dog is confident in public, private, quiet, and loud places. Also, we want to introduce textures and objects such as tile flooring, carpet, mirrors, escalators, elevators, busy streets, stairs, etc. This package begins the introduction process of environmental soundness

Socialization

• • It is very important that your dog knows appropriate behavior around other people and animals. We want your dog, as well as who and what you allow your dog to interact with, to have good and positive experiences without negative reactions. This package begins the introduction process of socialization.

Playtime

• • Playtime is more than fun and games, but this is a special time where our handlers invest quality one-on-one time with your dog. Playtime helps build confidence and self-awareness. Handlers will interact with your dog by using toys, balls, petting, and providing individual and customized attention.

House Training

• • Our house obedience training program ensures that your dog will have appropriate habits while living with you in your home. Upon completion, your dog will build positive experiences with being crate trained. He/she will be happy to go to their crate because it’s their ‘bedroom.’ Also, we will invest in teaching your dog to relieve itself outside, not inside your home

Basic On-Leash Obedience

• • Showing dogs correct behavior and obedience takes time for your dog to learn and understand what is expected of him/her. With basic on-leash training, your dog will develop confidence and understand to perform basic commands. These commands can be customized to any language you choose. Also, this program lays the foundation for the next step of off-leash training.

Swimming Introduction

• • Based on your dog’s evaluation and history of exposure to water, we will begin or continue a positive water exposure experience. For beginners, we may start dogs with playtime with water sources such as sprinklers or water puddles, gradually working towards shallow waters. This package begins the process of swimming and water introduction.
