Cowboy is an excellent can-do-anything dog. With his bright red coat, it’s hard for him not to capture your attention. His dark brown eyes are sure to melt your heart, as he is a very affectionate dog. He gives hugs and kisses to everyone he meets, but will always circle back to his handler.

He is motivated by food very well and enjoys training. He loves to play frisbee and is quite good at it, even sporting a few dazzling tricks you’re sure to be amazed with. He is both on and off leash trained and is able to handle any environment.

While he may not be the fiercest family protector; he is a great family companion who exemplifies the qualities of a “Lassy” story. He is happy to keep you lively and full of laughter, as well as comfort and love you. Athletic, strong, and handsome Cowboy would make an excellent addition to anyone with an active lifestyle or anyone who needs an extra set of hard working paws on the farm. When it comes to cattle, it is no surprise this heeler shows great ambition for moving the stock, but we promise he won’t bite anyone’s ankles.

Cowboy is family friendly ready. He also has the training foundation for those with higher expectations such as sport, service, and/or therapy purposes.
